Whatever I got to say about choppers. See photo. Big friggen whooptie-do.
Some see politics as 100% off topic on a bike forum, one or two even wanted it discouraged altogether as off message, divisive, and distracting. One I'm aware of even thought the chopper lounge itself might be debasing the forum's more technical appeal to corporate advertising money and their participation due to off-color language and/or associated content, but I heard that isn't an important objective.
This site has always been hacked from BryanTTM slapping 8-Ball upside the head in 05 or Cannedmeat clubbing back The Black Pearl in 07, you're just late to the party. Nothing has changed....it's by design....a candid camera.
Now....where's that statist propagandist, the muslim's mouthpiece, and the closeted paranoid commie welfare bum?

Gypsy, what's the front end/brake/wheel combo on those bikes? Looks like it stops on a dime. Also, what exhaust is that? That's my kind of bike. Looks great and you can actually ride it.

nah I'm not sayin it should be outlawed or whatever and I'm not pointing anyone out either but it seems like the same guys starting political threads time after time. So, I guess my question is are they bikers? or are they some political group acting as bikers? Personally I don't know many bikers that give a shit other than helmet laws.

Yeah they ride nice.
The operative parts in the front are ISR controls, Paioli 46MM forks, Brembo 12.6 rotors and 4 pot calipers, and forged Marchesini 17 wheels. Wheel in the air or stop on a dime with one finger no problem. D&D exhaust out of Texas, 124 motors, stock FXR frames heavily modified for a trans with oil pan, Dyna mids, shock relocation, and engine clearance. Forged Marchesini rear 17", Brembo brakes, Metmachex swing arm, Works custom suspension built to spec, cush drive sprockets and spherical bearings in the pivots. They are what Harley could easily build, they have similar parts in the proper configuration or at least in pocket, they still have Buell's FXR frame and have played with it in the CVO, they have inverted Marzocchi's in the accesory catalog, dual headlights on something, a twin cam fits in, and aluminum swingarms on the euro sport....but they didn't go this way, they always went that other way.....towards nostalgia based in hype.
The bikes are a total hoot up here in the mountians, once you get past the bulldog looks. Right at 490lbs so they are heavy, but not too heavy. The power is usable once you get the hang, and you can drift them thru turns for some willies.
